Most of our business is conducted at the individual properties that we service. Want to send us mail or meet in person? We also have a co-op office in Carlsbad that we use as needed, 2888 Loker Ave E #111G, Carlsbad, CA 92010. This business model allows us to save money on overhead, optimize our business efficiency and therefore provide unbeatable prices and services. Bethany Luchetta (Property Manager / Broker)
Bethany Luchetta has been in North San Diego County for most of her life. Bethany completed her Bachelor’s degree from CSU San Marcos with a dual major in Communications and Sociology. After college Bethany worked for the City of Escondido for 5 years before she realized her love for real estate. Since 2001, Bethany has been active in many facets of real estate including sales, eviction process services, and land development acquisition. Bethany graduated from Anthony Real Estate School and is CAM certified for residential management, a member of SDCAA, and an EPA Lead Renovator for pre-1978 housing. Bethany is the broker of record and has been practicing full service Property Management in North San Diego County since 2007. Bethany is proficient in American Sign Language and enjoys volunteer work in her community. Bethany acquired two sweet daughters when she married the love of her life, Vince. Bethany and Vince have a little girl who keeps them both busy.
Matthew Burch (Client Relations / Agent)
Matthew Burch was born and raised in San Diego. He studied industrial engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he learned about streamlining business operations in order to improve efficiency. His last engineering position was at Apple Inc. where he worked on the Apple Watch and traveled throughout Asia to improve production processes. He is a licensed agent and passionate about real estate investing, passive income, financial education, and entrepreneurship. Now living in Oceanside, Matthew enjoys going to the beach, brewing beer, playing basketball, gardening, networking, and talking about real estate.
Dani Burch (Operations Director)
Dani Burch is a California native who studied Journalism at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and has been working in the marketing industry for more than eight years. Having lived in northern, central, and southern California, Dani settled in San Diego several years ago. She has applied her marketing experience to the real estate industry by building brand identity and promotional strategies for master-planned communities and homebuilders nationwide. Dani is an avid traveler who loves to try new food, read, go to the beach, and visit the many craft breweries in North San Diego County.
